John J. Hoffman
John J. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Suffolk University Law School. He is the founding partner of Hoffman Law Group, and has been an active trial attorney since 1978. Prior to establishing Hoffman Law Group, he operated his own law practice in Walpole and Sharon for over 20 years. Throughout his career, John has concentrated his practice in family law, consisting primarily of divorce and parental rights involving custody and parenting time. He is a highly respected trial attorney, and is a skilled negotiator. Also, he is an advocate of the concept of “Parenting Coaching,” which utilizes the services of a qualified professional to resolve important parenting issues that may arise during the pendency of the case.

John has been a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for the past 23 years. Also, he has served as a panelist for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars and conferences, and he is a former Assistant District Attorney for Norfolk County. John is a lifelong resident of Walpole and he has two sons.
Johnathan P. Diggin
Johnathan P. Diggin, a graduate of Providence College and Seton Hall University School of Law, is an Associate at Hoffman Law Group. Johnathan is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of litigation experience. Since joining Hoffman Law Group in 2007, he has concentrated his practice in family law, consisting primarily of divorce and parental rights involving custody and parenting time. Johnathan is also certified to serve as a family law mediator in compliance with state requirements.
Before joining Hoffman Law Group, Johnathan clerked in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Courts and practiced in the area of personal injury trial work, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, product liability and liquor liability. Johnathan is a resident of Walpole and the proud father of two children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading historical novels.
