Mediation is a helpful alternative to litigation. Our attorneys provide private mediation services for parties which can be provided either before or after a court action has been initiated. Parties work together to voice their positions, resolve their disputes and reach settlement terms. Parties can bring issues arising after a divorce has been entered to mediation, for example, issues with a parenting plan, support or college costs.
Mediation is designed to reduce the expense, delay and uncertainty which comes with litigation while increasing the chance of securing an outcome with which both parties are satisfied. Our attorneys are trained in helping parties resolve their issues by providing neutral assistance and guiding parties to reach an agreement. Upon reaching an agreement, they can prepare a document to effectuate its terms.
